The inspiration came to me when I was taking a walk in the forest, here in BC Canada. The birds were all around me in stereo, and it felt enchanting. This patch attempts to recreate that moment. It takes place in early spring, on a slightly windy day.. in a rocky, mountain forest.

Try running this (stereo) into MasterVerb, with the Mega Hall preset on 50% wetness. Does this require MOD3 or will it work with Mod2+Flexor? Can anyone verify?

Tell me what you think!!

I can't check the patch as I don't have Flexor but I just wanted to say the patch itself looks like a forest

It took a very long time to prepare it, I'm sure!

This patch is f**king amazing to me!

Made me giggle hearing the chirps and clucks, etc.

So bloody realistic. lol

How you knew how to create the different bird sounds is completely beyond me!

Big well done from me!

Erm... Can I borrow your brain for just a little while. I will return it, slighty after a roundtrip in my DNA scanner.

Thank you all for your kind comments!
It took me a while to tweak this patch together.. there are still a few details I wanted to mess around with, but I finally decided to just let it be the way it is now
There is woods all around the area I live, and I go for a walk through them every day. Now, further into spring, there are more birds flying in the trees, and they're more energetic (& seem to sing higher pitch) than before!

I saw a nest of chicks this morning - lots of conflicting harmonies there
