Various patches from starter templates and simple tools, to full fledged synths , noodles and fx racks - form a solid platform for quick synthesis and processing with modular.

These patches contain no preset files. If you would like to contribute your presets, revisions of patches or even your own folders of patches to this pack, or for any comments and suggestions, email faxinadu*^AhAt*^hotmail.com .

Feel free to use these patches as you see fit. If you distribute any of these folders, please incldue this text file with them.

This pack is 100% free, but a lot of work and effort has been put in to create it.

thanks! glad u all approve :D

i just looked at the sourceforge project page and it shows as if the links to the full download and 2 of the seperate folder downloads are 0 bytes big.

i checked this by downloading and all works fine this seems to be just a visual/code bug on sourceforge.

cheers!

some of these are kinda duplcates.

like you have say a synth and u havee dif files for 2osc, 3osc, 4osc etc versions.

also some of these have dif files depending on complexity.
like there could be a patch named patchname1 which will be just basic , and then patchname2 might have utilities like multifx added and so on.

but ya even so you should have a nice amount of stuff to play with
:D

Thanks again Faxi,

just one hint for the Z new to modular.

Many synths do not produce sound at the first key. ->
Go through the signal path and find all the modulators and gain sliders that turn down the level.
Often it is something like the poly out slider or the amplitude modulation pot that enables first sound :D

cheers stardust

yes indeed good tip, thanks for mentioning this!

on the synths you need to turn up the modulation (coming from the VEL of the MVC) of the amplitude modulation module.

i have the same bugs. some patches crash scope to reload, another ones seem to be broken. perhaps they don't work under 4.5

hi ed,

i think you two are having dif problems. he was talking about a curropt zip not unpacking the files.

your problem i think is a known scope problem. sometimes opening a modular patch (or even an empty modular) can crash sfp.

i suggest if u have an important project going on save it always before loading modular stuff.

also a lot of these pacthes need a ton of dsp. i have a profesional+home so you would probly need at least that for most of the patches.
